If your insurance provider does not list us in their literature, it is likely that we are still a participating provider.
Many insurance plans only list chain stores in their literature or inadvertantly omit some providers.
Please contact us if your insurance plan does not list us as a participating provider. We will let you know if we are
a participating provider. If we are not, we can most likely get contracted in a short amount of time.

If you are inrolled in a Medicare Part D plan and have not received your card by January 1, 2006, just let us know and we
will be able to look up your plan on our computer.
